Champion Changes for Patch 14.3

• Aurelion Sol: Adjustments to mana costs, cooldowns, and damage scaling to encourage more proactive play.
• Brand: Passive damage to monsters reduced, “bugfix” (nerf) to passive, and decreased Q damage.
• Corki: Package duration decreased, W cooldown and mana cost reduced, and increased damage. Malignance no longer counts towards Eclipse’s passive.
• Ezreal: Q and R damage decreased to balance out previous buffs from 14.1.
• Illaoi: Passive tentacle range increased, but damage decreased for balance.
• Karma: R+Q Soulflare’s damage decreased for balancing her power across different roles.
• Lillia: Passive and Q damage decreased to balance her increased durability.
• Maokai: Various adjustments to mana costs, cooldowns, and healing to balance his power between support, top, and jungle roles.
• Nidalee: Magic resistance growth increased, E heal and bonus attack speed increased to compensate for her durability loss.
• Pyke: Base armor increased, Q and E damage increased, and mana costs reduced.
• Rengar: Base health and Q bonus damage decreased to reduce his snowballing potential.
• Shaco: Various adjustments, including mana regeneration, mana costs, and a significant bug fix for his clone.
• Shyvana: Q and W buffs to empower her AP build.
• Taliyah: Q damage increased, and E cooldown decreased to improve her early-game presence.
• Teemo: Quality of life changes to his Q ability for smoother gameplay.
• Trundle: Base health and Q damage decreased to weaken his early-game power.
• Twitch: Quality of life change for his E ability for better consistency.
• Wukong: Q bonus range and damage increased, E cooldown decreased to enhance his laning phase.
• Yorick: Various adjustments, including passive leash range, Q heal, E cast time, and R bonus damage to balance his power.
• Zeri: Base AD increased, and R cooldown decreased to make her less reliant on specific items.
• Ziggs: Base armor and armor growth increased, and W cooldown decreased to improve his durability and utility.
• Zyra: Mana regeneration was adjusted, Q mana cost reduced, and W seed charge increased on minion/monster takedown to balance her between support and other roles.

Item Changes in Patch 14.3 of League of Legends

• Essence Reaver: Attack Damage increased to make it more attractive for crit and on-hit marksmen.
• Guinsoo’s Rageblade: Recipe was adjusted, and Attack Damage increased to empower on-hit and crit marksmen.
• Hullbreaker: Bugfix to maintain the item’s power on minions.
• Kaenic Rookern: Magic Shield Strength and Shield Refresh Cooldown reduced for balancing.
• Rod of Ages: Health and Mana increased to provide more durability and sustain for AP champions.
• The Collector: Attack Damage reduced to balance its power level.
